Byco ia a leader in its industry and i have a huge amount of admiration and respect for that my previous role was with an industry leader, and although it was a different industry, i am familiar with the pressures and working of maintaining this excellent standard, as a result, i know this company is the next best move for us due to what i value and the experience i have,

This was my career oriented job, and i am still interested to join again for personal growth and future.

Dislikes

The reason to left Byco was only job insecurity and no better package for old assets empolyees. Means new comers were on higher packages even with low experiences and qualification.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
