Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

...ficates. Company wiil not do final settlement to them and cannot get their dues. Every month delayed salary payment even beyond 20th. Religious based promotion . Preference for Christian only. Staff can work for a long time if they ignore such problems.

Dislikes

Resigned staff cannot get back their original certificates and dues. Final settlement is very difficult. Religious based career growth. Compulsory Repayable deposits cannot be got back. Compulsory Shares more than one lakh rupees cannot be got back. No dividend for shares. Resigned staff approaching Labour dept is no use.
