There is nothing you can possibly like about the organisation. It is a trap that one should avoid.

Dislikes

... stuck once they get in. Once you resign, they won't give any documents on time. You have to literally beg for salary. Senior engineers not paid on time. People travel to official visits on their own expense and you can't expect to get reimbursement. Founders ask to stay at third grade hotels to save cost which they anyways don't pay. Force you to put good reviews on glassdoor like portals.
