Only thing good is that one can adjust his duty days (ON/OFF) according to their wish. Company doesn't pay any attention who is on duty at a moment.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Everything. No fix day for salary. Doesn't provide pf. If anyone questions about pf, they tells whole 100% deduction to be done from employee only. No any insurance, medical. No any yearly increment, no any bonus. Forces employee to pay for site expenses, but doesn't feel to reimburse the same on time. They holds last month salary if anyone resigns.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
