BVG India LTD is an good company to start our career, you have a chance to learn lot of things but with less salary.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work for 14-18 hours straight in a day while on centre visits.

Overall very good work culture, less politics,Job security.
