I would like to share.,it's a wonderful concern i had ever seen.,bcz there has no any personal demotivation had to did,bcz even low salary employe also gas right to bring the problem in front of the head of us. Many more spaces to built our skills ., And also tamilnadu region senior operation manager Mr.RAJA ARUMUGAM is the one of the best and honest manger i had ever seen in my life., its a wonderful memory i had worked in Bvg India limited. Its a performance based contract., So we do not able to marketing but we need to keep perform day by day clean all working,office places., But in this situation we need consumables routines. In here the management takes too much later to bring thats all., Also small politics around here

Compensation is decent, but growth is fast. The work pressure is very high.

Ahmednagar and Pune teammates were good.

There is too little career growth. And also compensation is too low . The work pressure is to high and sometimes I have worked 14-18 hours in a day. HOD do not value an individual employee's strength and ability and that's why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time.

Overall very good work culture, less politics,Job security.

Dislikes

Delayed salary, many of the employees are uneducated who sit on higher level, sometimes it became reason of frustration for talented employees.
