Nothing. No pros.

Dislikes

Salary issue, F&F clearance issue, Out of pocket expense issue, Vendor payment issue. Some time vendor threaten for money but management is of such attitude you pay from your pocket. Staff interaction and co-ordination issue. Very less well educated staff. Its purely house keeping business company it should close other business wings. Playing bluff with clients and vendors. The worst part is that 2 separate solar teams in same company operated by 2 directors with internal clashes.

In this company like one thing only MR. HR sir he is very humble and down to eath person.

Dislikes

This is not company this is a hell because Pankaj Dhinghra. he is not CEO his behaviour like rude proudy & **** etc.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
