Worst company to work. The first year was under agreement, within one week I realized that was biggest mistake of my life. There was no work life balance here had horrifying time especially Data validation team. The team mates in data validation were most toxic people I have ever seen. There was no freedom of speech. The leads behave like they own lower position people life. Consistent pressure, impossible targets, addition hours of work and weekend work, no incentives for additional hours or weekends work. No matter how much hard work, there was no recognition. Management was so biased you will promoted or appreciated only if you are from North Indians especially Maharashtrians and people who can butter management without doing work. Manager of Data validation is the worst ever seen who doesn't understand anything and sees entry level employees as daily street workers, gives silly reason for not promoting. If any escalation from clients, no matter whose mistake it was entry level employees get blamed. if mistake is from one of the 5-6 leads no one says anything to them but if it was low level people, they get blamed and review will be bad. There was one lead who was previous worked as floor in charge of some educational institution was most horrible psychopath. This person consistently traumatizes entry level people giving impossible targets, messaging, calling at odd hours, harassing for not replying on time and if you are just few seconds late to team meetings. can't complain about such harassment because there was platform to say because here HR team don't care about employees. So, this is my honest review, don't even recommend this company to my enemy. Don't see google review because company pays employee to write good review.
