Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

There is a lot working and the management does address issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 year. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

This company never try to listen to their employees 😕 Only HOD'S are enjoying there because without doing anything they gets good salary and rest other they won't even appreciate who works hard 😔.
