a lot amount of politics is in the company, company's owner act an HR, once you accepted Offer Letter they send a person to collect your Academic certificate (Original), Never make a mistake to give your Original Documents to anyone for a Job. Even Hr tries to hold you in Bond, No work life, toilets are unclean

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
