Job security . and support from seniors , getting salary in time, before asking salary hiked, cab facility

coming to dislike, 1st thing less salary hiked, I never seen like this hiked, new manager came, I think he is from call centers, bez before joining this office, they said no target, after coming new manager from last 45 days asking to do complete target if it calls, we can, but it's about client plan, need to do carefully. I seen worst manger . I'm not satisfy with this work. wfh they not paying us net bill.

Since it is work from home from my date of joining no idea in office environment and doesn't get support.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues moreover if we address to HR management they doesn't care at all. No support from senior associates literally it take 2 days to clear a doubt in middle of work. If fact everyone is leaving on this basis and over working hours. Which leads to stress and sleep disorder.
