I did not like anything in this company.

Salary issue, salary not released on time, seniors do not appreciate our work but leaves no opportunity to insult and humiliate you on even small ignorable mistakes, seniors looks for your negative points rather than positive points. They will never highlight your positive features in front of HOD but will speak about your non performance and mistakes. No satisfactory salary hike. Just one time salary increase in 3.6 years. No promotion. Constant scolding by seniors kill my working spirit and motivation level.

Before COVID it was good learning experience. Av integration setup etc .

...o so .After several calls,mails,msgs no answer from company and its management . Without paying about last four months salary and dues company owners and management asked to do resign and did continue follow up for the same. After resignation they are yet to provide me my pending salaries and dues . Not even this much, I am doing continue follow up for my experience certificate, relieving letter etc . But there is no reply by management and even company owners. At the time of my last day of during resignation I have submitted all belonging of company and did official mail that it is handover done by me to the concern branch persons . I hope this is more than enough to answer your question. there is no growth and any positive thing to work with the company. After COVID company management has never think about employees ever. All decisions were taken in the favour of the company . specially with branch employees company owners and management were always negative.

No appreciation or recognition of work by senior, fault finding nature of senior, demotivation, no bonus, no satisfactory salary growth, no promotion, delayed release of salary (2-3 months) for last one year.

Work environment is very good, company policies are good and appraisal are wonderful, value of work, Teammates are very supportive and make feel like family,

Dislikes

No bonus and gifts on diwali or other any religious festivals,

Job security is good but you will always be there on multiple sites and there managers won't allow you to learn new things. So if you are in the company then its good for you to learn but if on site its totally waste of time.

Dislikes

Salary increment is very rare to see. HR department and account department are very less responsive. Account department never bothers to share your salary slip after payment. You need to ask everytime and request for the same.
