Politics, Selective Appreciation. Your impressions really matter. Poor work life balance. You have to work with the same Project Manager for years and that's a demerit definitely. Personal issues with people may lead you to bad appraisals no matter how good you have performed.

It used to be a great company. Now degraded to mere a IT company. There are no middle management lot of office politics. No process management. Doesn't take employees suggestion. Resources management is not upto mark. It has potential to be a great company but management need to step up and do lot of changes.
