I must say it's the worst company, they ask the employees to work and do not pay the salary at the end, treating employees very badly.

The lady named MENAKA who has no business knowledge. she is recruiting people from small villages so that she can treat them like animals. pls never do business with BFC and do not join this company.

Horrible company. They do not have any policies, system in place. Won't credit salary on time, you've to keep messaging them till they credit. Also, no appraisal system whatsoever. Very unprofessional management. Their entire management seems to just one person which is their MD. If you decide to leave, they won't even pay your salary. Don't waste time here. They would take you saying it's client based role, however they do not have the money to pay you directly, lots of dependency on when their payment is done, then they will pay you. If you ask for settlements, their attitude will change and speak all unprofessional language. Worst company ever

Salaries not paid, forget about incentives Very arrogant Management, no flexibilities, full day work all 6 days (Saturday was supposed to be half day)

There's a Manager named Maithri, She's is terrible, No work ethics, her own rules, only if she leaves the office then the team members can leave home. Management is terrible; They are very personal and taunts their employees.
