Likes

Company policies are good as they are created by parent company, work life balance is maintained in most of the department. Senior Management is very polite and very generous people.

Dislikes

In terms of growth, career, there is lack of opportunities, people stuck at same position for many years. Culture which is created by Indian people is not appreciable. Employee turnover is also high in 2021-2022.

Work life balance, Global Company people’s and working culture are good

India unit Management Issue, lacks of Basic Engineering, Firing of person without reason, Nepotism, Specifically India GM, HR,QC,Shop Floor Head Worsted People who ruined the global brand name. corrupted people.

Busch is really an excellent company to work for. You may get sales based incentive not a target based incentive which is very good. Work Life balance would be excellent. But bosses are so horrible and they are too selfish and egoistic. So surviving under them are very challenging and irritating.

Bosses are so horrible and selfish. They are so egoistic and selfish which they continuously try to hamper your growth in the company particularly in Bangalore it's more worse.

Company has a really nice understanding about the market. They've helped us all immensely during COVID situation by providing work from home option. We were consulted on precautions and safety measures as well. Overall excellent handling of employees I must say.

Company can work towards skip level feedback process.
