It is disappointing to say, there’s nothing to like about the company except for the work.

Director, HR are not people oriented and are not employee friendly, they just fake it. Offering a lot of money, but no peace of mind. Mental torture and big NO If you care for your mental health. Micromanagement and excess pressure none can withstand. There’s no process in place. A lot more I can go on, negatives more than positives.

Colleagues were good but all the pilot team members left. Reason being director and managing director interference. Too Much micro management.

Dislikes

No on the job training. Managers do not value individuals. Super biased towards certain employees. Salary/appraisal from last few years was in one digit irrespective of being a top performer. Too much of interference by Admin. Director who apparently heads this office. Most of the pilot team members has left. Need to working people skills and motivate employees.
