The company is a hundred years old manufacturing unit having excellent potential in the fied of wagons manufacturing specially for Indian Railways.Mostly all types of wagons we are looking in Railways track are developed by this company and took active part for serving the nation as a public sector unit. The company was under Ministry of Railways since 2010.I have had an opportunity to serve the company as a Manager Incgarge of Production & Maintenance and continued with lot of responsibility with the satisfactory performance of out turn of finished product.

Dislikes

Question of disliking does not Aries except to elevated myself in other field considering long back experience in the field of wagon manufacturing & Maintenance of plant and machineries.

Likes

Before retirement of myself Company was in good condition,working environment was good but after retirement on Aug' 2015 the Co. day by day become down wards because of non cooperation by railway ministry as well as working environment not good. Delay payment of statutory dues since 2016 and at present Co. under NCLT.

Dislikes

At present Co. under NCLT and fully depend on their decision whether the Co. revive or not.
