There is no job security only this is the bad thing otherwise career growths is upon ur work performance and salary structure is very much decent .

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Even after taking lots of store shutdown, company paying 70% salary to Store management, but they should work orther outlet for 3 days in week, and Paid quarantine for if any office related work. Also HR calls every weekly basis to take employee feedback and thier work status.

Dislikes

Top management always follow orthers MNC company rules on ducting salary and cutting salaries, in lockdown pandemic. Also worst part is Top management use unprofessional language if you not complete work on time or if any customer complaint.

In this sechution we are in home beacue of coroana but we want to join the job again but didn't have sorces to rejoined my work place but here's one more problem I didn't get my salary what I will do. Whene my whole family depending on my salary but I didn't get my salary..

It is a good company for growth of fresher employees and experienced employees. Also this company is giving a good package of salary.

Dislikes

I didn't think that it is a strict company. So I don't have any negativity for this company.
