Burger King is a very big QSR brand. There is no problem in terms of work in Burger King, the only problem is in the payment. The employee who is promoted internally is paid less and the one who joins from outside is paid more. They make you work overtime but do not pay for it.

Actually I am college student for a like this job for good skills and salary ok but my Destination shift manager is not getting extra salary from burger King that' seet..

Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. On the job training is not given to new joinees. Team mambers work daily extra hours.

Great experience i had in Burger king. With in one and half years i got pramotion team member to shift manager. Good learning experience. Full of support from Area manager and Store manager. special thanks to every one who makes my life better.

Yes there is a salary issue but it's all depends on us. If you take followup regularly and check atendence you will correct salary and if you not take care of follow up then definitely you will get less salary..
