I have worked in Burger Factory for 2 years (2 seasons) and it's my number 1 job experience ever. I was not experienced in bartending but I had the opportunity to improve my skill and I had a place to grow, the owners are my best friends, such humble people, as well as your carrier they even care for your personal life too. Burger Factory is my sound home and everybody working there are like my sound family. I was working in Morjim layout, it's a piece of paradise. I highly recommend this place for whoever wants a job in Goa. BUT keep In mind: 1. You need to have plenty of rest and balance out your life routine because of Goa's nightlife. 2. Always look neat and decent and very presentable. 3. Be patient and respectful, BF gets very crowded and people want their services at the best level possible. Overall it's a family vibe, it's teamwork. you may face challenges along the way but it's a dream job. I had to travel and leave India but I'm sure I'll go back.
