Initial salary offered is good but then forgot everything.

Dislikes

Salary increment is very less and sometime no increment. Work life balance is like hell. Management is worst and they fire someone middle of the day and ask not to come from very next day. People are also not following IT culture and very rude to each other.

First and last things. Everyone want to job security and you get here. Staff is good and timings is best. You just have to complete your 8:30 hour even you are late.

...ou may face the worst manager in you lifetime "Rahul Srivastava" he is psyco. 2. You get high ctc but in hand salary is shocking. 3. Extra Benefits aren't good 4. There is no other curriculum activity or no festival celebration. Like Diwali and Holi you will feel normal days here

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
