Third class company. They have Main Manager in Delhi Office who is a Bcom, who has all the insecurities in the world because he doesn't know English. Cannot compose an letter. And how is the company going to function. Only thing you can learn here is how to lead life is a screwed up environment. There is no job security. Shameless. Hopeless. It's just running by a old name. Local companies are better at taking care of employees.

...eryone is doing any job. They can assign anyone any work, it's managers call. There is no increment, bonus or promotion even. They will only give contract jobs. All in all - if anyone doesn't have any other job back up. Then go to this to work. Else think a thousand times. Don't leave your existing job for this company. Not worth it.

Full of Politics by Operation Manager and Industry Manager, Business Manager and all others, they never want you to rise, always put you in pressure regarding work, your job is always contractual there, they only want female staff to be permanent, never ever stay in this company if you want to grow in future.
