Salary is on time. Most people are very friendly and helpful, if you're under the right person.

Under the wrong manager you get screwed up. In some cases it's very difficult to survive with toxic managers.

Initial salary offered is good but then forgot everything.

Salary increment is very less and sometime no increment. Work life balance is like hell. Management is worst and they fire someone middle of the day and ask not to come from very next day. People are also not following IT culture and very rude to each other.
