Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Good company for freshers and experience and good salary provided for good employees and work not continuing in this company so job security problems are some employees. Time to time monthly salary in account and no any problems in appraisal.

Burda has Rotogravure printing plant in greater noida. Printing text books, annual reports, magazines, brouchers, etc. We at Burda has flexibility to work. Almost fixed time job except few workload days. Good working environment and nice collegues

Good invirement of company and job satisfaction. All policy in company again workers. Job security confirm but no future growth in company.

No future growth in the company due to no increase sallery as per financial year.

I joined the company thinking that i will grow as a professional and as a human as well. But i found nothing likable in the company except few friends.

Dislikes

Pathetic, terrible, no security for females, 2-3 management guys think females working in the company are their property and they can do anything with them and escape unhurt. MY OWN EXPERIENCE!!
