They have a special name for a employment bond as minimum service commitment out of which they will treat their employees as a slave for 2 years.

Dislikes

No yearly bonus employees are not allowed to resign even after completion of 2 years of work commitments agreement. There is a useless HR department, who never raise voice against the management for the well fare of an employee. Please think twice before stepping in to this company Career is more important than money

Admin team need some improvement. Need to punch out even if you are going out for 5 min and also need to compensate the same as they are very strict w.r.t timings. Only alternate Saturdays are off and fifth Saturday is working

1. LTA facility is very excellent. 2. Paternity leave is greatly appreciated. 3. Fourth Saturday activities including monthly birthday celebration are good. 4. Great workplace 5. Supportive Management 6. Company provided team dinners are nice perk. 7. Annual Cricket league is a fun and memorable event.

1. Timing has to be slightly reduced till 6pm instead of 6:30pm as shortening the workday can improve the work-life balance, reduce burnout, increase overall job satisfaction, leading to better productivity and morale. 2. Bonus facility should be there specially for the festivals like Diwali or Ganesh Chaturthi; it helps employees to manage additional costs during this time.
