...g hours so far your work is not hampered. Cons : parking is extremely expensive. INR 2500 for a month even Agm cadre has to pay for it. There is a lot of politics in office. The worst part is about the HR. HR does not care much about employees and there wellness.

Well i do not have any regret working with this company but one thing would like to mention here to HR TEAM particularly hiring one. Be polite and professional with your employees and candidates. A smile on your face can make someone's day bright.

...motion policy 2. At the time of appraisal, reporting manager has been changed 3. Salary scale should be in a range for position / grade 4. No appropriate back up to handle the work during the leave.

Trade operations management is road chaap. Senior management hires rogues who takeoff your sleep and respect. Careless work culture. HR’s are biggest fools who doesn’t care all this stuff

Don't think about Promotions, only the buttering person will get the Promotion and the one who really belongs to Promotion with his hardwork never pays off. Manager always promote their loved ones in the Team. No Technical skills enhancement programs or trainings offered.
