Frst thing is safety thn we can get more source abt plastics and getting knowledge abt Sme ras materials and the way of manufacturing liner bags flexi bags and flexi tanks and the way of marketing

Dislikes

Coming to tis there is no apperception abt work and we can't get proper hike and salary and there is no promotion want to stick for Sme position

Likes

Lethargic company for freshers as one will not get any industrial exposure not at all recommended for technical graduates. No proper ISO QMS system is implemented in the organization, management is deaf ears when it comes to implementing changes. No proper ERP/SAP system and all the works are carried out through excel sheets. One and Only good thing about this company is that seniors are supportive and there is no office politics.

Dislikes

No good thing at all, Not at all recommended for person coming from technical back ground, Fresher coming from engineering stream will spoil his career if he/she joins this company.
