Being in managerial position, I have little flexibility but same not applicable to all employees.

Dislikes

No work culture, Worst management and HR policies, unethical salary deductions saying late logins, not at all employee concern company, lack of training and development, business operations are not active so no scope to improve skills as expected, worst leave policy and HR rude behaviour particularly a demotivation and pathetic condition.
