Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

Very bad company. Company salary always 3 Month late some time 4 month. If you resign from this company you not get pending month salary. Still my 2 month salary not released. I recommend to all not work this company

Very poor management, salary not paying timely. PF, Taxes deducted from salary but never deposited . Contractors, suppliers payment not done timely & no gurantee to pay. Suppliers have to do threatening to management for payment. It is also not enough, other site suppliers come to another site for payment & getting payment after locking office and getting out staffs from office & ultimately by pressure of that site for delaying their progress payment done by their end which deducted later. No fund for material purchasing. Last month's salary you will have to forget, so, mostly staffs don't give notice pay here.
