Don't apply your mind rather do what has been asked. Don't raise your voice else be ready to be thrown out . Lot of song and dance in front of manager join if you are good politician

Poor management. No goal. Tyrant like mindset. No data driven decision making. No strategy. The CEO & the top level squad extremely toxic & lack a backbone. Basically, if you can say yes to the bizarest requests from the CEO at any point of the time in the day, this is the place for you

I would say not join this internal people not handle client and projects properly and they create pressured and no job security. Very very bad company not join warning ⚠️ they suddenly lay off allmost 64 employees.

Top to bottom people are like politicians. Fake urgencies, no clear roadmap, just execute day and night without any direction. One will always be unclear about their evaluation.

The management, hierarchical structure, worth life Balance is not there. Manager will ask you, you, and you 8 in the morning and 10 in the night. No job, Security, they will trick you to give download to other team members and will lay of few within a day.
