I will mention the bad experience Very less salary Fake promises First thing I am coming to your company for salary hike ,but hike will be asked to work for the same salary applied for different role , offering different role ,and asking to travel for between the cities for an inside sales person Initially told 3rd as the salary date , and mentioned 10 th as salary date in offer letter In modern days also these guys are asking a blank cheque with sign so that we cannot leave ,since the cheque bounces if we are giving wrong details thats ok , they will hire you HR Manager will tell words , so that every person will convince Hike for every 3 months-fake promise Working hours initially mentioned a 10 to 6:30 Changed to 9:30 to 6 :30 will be asked to submit all original documents - another trap No proper CTC These guys are highlighting employee Insurance - Are baba every company is offering insurance these days Guys who are reading review here,please wait for someday's you will get lot's of jobs available in the Bengaluru market By God's Grace i am out of danger

... and material should be arrange site engineers only from one site to other site. PC told you like he will pay the amount but he'll not after shifting the material they didn't pickup site engineers call. You have you pay with your pocket. If you are going to do job in this company don't go wait for 2-3 month you'll get better opportunity.

worst company i ever worked no professionalism. they will hold salary during the notice period. pathetic condition of toilets, the worst. no work life balance. all the reviews in the google maps are fake, they will force employees to give 5 star ratings, everywhere the reviews are fake. dont join this company ever, not suggesting anyone. worst ever

...n you know the actual truth. Let me start from the beginning point by point: 1. Fake promises on salary hikes though they are documented in appointment letter. Hence if you are someone who is about to join this company and is promised with a salary hike after 3 or 6 months, don't fall for it as you are being fooled. 2. People here are offered lesser than what they are currently being paid. 3. High level of politics - There are 2 to 3 people in this firm who boss around like crazy. So, if you want to be in their good books for future hikes make a point butter them. 4. Very strict working hours - Their working hours are from 9:30AM to 6:30PM. People are expect to login before 10AM even if one stays 20KM to 30KM away & are expected to logout later in the evening. According to the management of this company, employees who logout after 7PM are hardworking ones' & who logout on time are not serious about their work. 5. Highly Micromanaged Company - The rules and regulations in this company are changed based on the mood of the senior management which maybe the working hours, leave policy, salary hikes, transportation benefits (please refer to 7th point for more details). 6. Transportation benefits: The price of the petrol currently in Bangalore is 101/Ltr & the price range they follow for petrol reimbursement is 3/- per KM for 2 wheeler which I personally did not find fair enough. The reimbursement time period is expected to be 3 months. 7. Leave Policy: Every employee has a right to take how many ever leaves they wish to as long as it is within the leave structure the company offers. Here, even if the leaves are carry forwarded to the following month & one is questioned upon taking more than 2 leaves at a time. So, you can observe a deduction in the salary for the additional leaves you have taken. 8. No Proper hygiene at all, the washrooms were so disgusting while I was working there that I had to stop drinking water, just so that I don't have to use the washroom. My confidence level was crushed to grounds & started to wonder if this is what my worth was. Thanks to God that I decided to resign & today I am at a better place where I am respected, my suggestions are valued & more importantly employees' well being matters. Hence, I call it out clearly that, what really matters to this company is getting their work done even if their employees well-being is at stake.

...d also for the company to replace the position with another perfect candidate. As promised for during the time of interview, the management has never failed to motivate me by hiking my pay.

As of now, I haven't dealt anything such. Every place based on that particular current situation (whatsoever) has it's own ups and downs and its completely dependent on how an individual handles the situation and tackles it.
