Roles Responsibilities
- Organizing material quantities and confirming all required tools and resources are accessible on-site.
- Oversee site execution individually, following drawings, and bring strong expertise in civil, interior, and landscape projects.
- Streamlining material organization and ensuring the site is safe and well-maintained.
- Able to independently manage 2-3 projects with minimal guidance, understand current materials and pricing, check BOQs, and attend regular site client meetings.
- Formulating work schedules and keeping crew members and clients informed of any modifications.
- Assignments call for independent decision-making skills along with the capacity to work well with a team with no schism.
- Meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality standards all the way through completion.
