A recently joined female fresher will definitely cross your position and salary scale with in a short span ( Hope it's understood ) all the senior level managers in every department will fall to dirty pit , talents particularly men in executive, engineer and similar levels are not appreciated and no justified growth, It's excellent company for ladies than men, It's good company for retirement plan for senior managers as well( Good package, no work, always flirting with lady employees, enjoyment)

There is not much scope in terms of career growth if you're not an engineer. The pay is below average, without any benefits. It's a family owned business, so the managers do whatever they like and usually one person has a lot of power that they use to exploit and harass the workforce being in a managerial position.
