Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...portance given only to family members and relatives...no proper communication... haven't given salary for months, pending appraisal arriers... pending TDS amount... doesn't follow the labour law... terminating employees without prior notice...and not settling their hard earned money...if asked they talk irresponsibly...they say no money left to settle their salary... then why do they run the company... please don't join the company... lost hope...

Work life balance, no work pressure, support and guidance from few senior and founders are always good and great. WFH for cost cutting to prevent employees from asking salaries. Biased management... Fully occupied by their cousin or nephews..

...out from on going project at any time without any escalation and proper reason. You cannot expect salary on date. Still salary issues going on. No proper job training and skill developments..there is no benefits from office side for employees such as food, travel etc. Organization with no mission and vision.
