Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. - Appraisals percentage is good.

Dislikes

- They failed to give 3 months salary yet to disbursed not to mention pending salary + arrears. - Upper management burnt this place to ground by not having a clear vision - CEO, CSO ,CTO all lie straight to your face, make fake promises and disappear when needed. - They are yet to give settlements for ex-employees you left a year back. - There is no company culture, Tamil dominant and very partial.

Its not just about the choosing the job, its a good career for all of them, i feel lucky to be a part of buddi health . the tl and manager here are very friendly ... no workload , we can easily achieve the target without fail, here am getting good salary and incentives when compared to my previous company, its a talent seeking company if are showing ur capability company will find you move u to higher levels.... when compared to other companies i have seen work from home policies in this company only , they are believing their own employees.... IT is working on sat and sunday so no need to bother about technical issues...... the company with full of safety, security, and full of benefits, career growth, gaining knowledge.......
