Dislikes

Everything , instead of raising salary, they decrease it and say "according to company policies". Company policies are very poor, keeps on changing according to the benefit of proprietors. Boys will get permanent night shifts, girls will get the benefit of the day shifts. Too many unnecessary penalties.. No benifit for the employee. No infrastructure, no salary but rules are according to big MNC's. They have rented a marriage hall and the company runs it , with a small washroom which is always dirty, not hygienic for more than 50 agents working for 2 shifts. Very poor

Nothing is good here. The management has no hierarchy and also it is the worst. They remove people after taking them in and there is a lot penalties here in every scenario like if even you laugh on floor.

Everything here is dislikeable nothing here is good.
