Job security is terrible. Work culture is good enough. During covid 19 lockdown company force to employees for work on 50% salary or they want your resignation. Very bad job security.

Working at this company has been a great experience. Everyone here is kind, supportive, and has a positive attitude, which makes it a nice place to work. Personal egos can get in the way of teamwork, causing problems. I think there needs to be someone more knowledgeable and strict to oversee operations and recognize who is putting in the most effort. This person should be able to notice who has true potential and who is more capable, ensuring that the right people are recognized for their contributions. This person could help make sure everyone’s hard work is noticed. I also wish there was more recognition for individual efforts.

Working at BTW visa services Pvt ltd has been a great experience . In just 3 weeks i have learned lot of things like how to handle clients, follow ups, and sending mails to our existing clients by asking any upcoming future traveling trips and all. The team is very supportive and i am learning a lot of things every day. This internship is helping me grow and improve my skills
