There are componants related to non automobile & non automobile of stainless steel forgings like Ball valves shifterforks..devolopment of new componants new customer given knoledge to me. .

Compensation not so decent,growth is slow.The work pressure is high,regularly I have to work 13 -15 hrs,even weekly holiday also I have to for next week plan.Subordinate dept.heads not co operative.Top management donot value an individual strengths.Sometimes I have to takeback my suggestions.Company not giving time to train unskilled operators.I have trained them in leasor time or during break downs.
