The support that management extends to the team in terms of knowledge , skill development, finances, learning etc. It is truly commendable that the bosses go beyond to help you learn and support in every possible way. I joined as a fresher and was surprised with the warm and supportive atmosphere here. They helped me learn from basic to advanced knowledge of the market and products. The three months training program that every employee get is remarkable and opens one's mind and expand the horizons.

Dislikes

sometimes the bosses are way too flexible that they are taken granted for by some of the team members. Also there must be target based sales for everyone that can encourage people to get out of their comfort zones.

BTL Biotechno Labs Pvt Ltd is an outstanding workplace for anyone in Sales domain. Company culture is remarkable, one is made to feel valued and appreciated. The company emphasizes a lot on employee's learning and growth, they offer enormous opportunities to grow. Management is very humble, transparent and supportive. I had health issues during my tenure and the company supported me in every possible way they could.

Only one thing is there that BTL offers way too much flexibility to its employees. However, it is a great thing but some employees may not always take their duties seriously which can affect the work of other employees who take their work seriously. Otherwise it is a great place to work at.

BTL has a great work culture. They encourage the personal growth of every employee and make sure everyone is happy and comfortable working there. They are very flexible if someone needs leave even for 2-4 weeks. Management is very understanding. Overall a very good pace to work at.

The company is small, no job security, they fire people without any reason or proper warnings. They have zero professionalism. No rules and regulation are there. The bosses are very cunning. They will make you work like anything in a bare minimum salary. Worst place to work in.
