Nothing at all ..very worst company. All senor authority and HR don't have any manners to behave or talk with employees..worst management...

Dislikes

...loyees mental health or problems they just want to complete their work any how..They want employees to do donkey work with less salary, expect employees to work after working hours but no overtime paid ...big no for this company because of work load and their team

Really Enjoying working with BTB Venture although it is my first experience of job. I really appreciate their efforts in giving the training and support if I have any kind of queries. I am working with BTB venture since last 2years and I would proudly say that it has been a wonderful experience for me. I don't treat myself as a employee of this Company. I consider myself as a family member of it.

Sometimes they expect more but I think it is because they treat us as a family.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
