Only few employees deserve their position rest are busy in just shifting their load to another

Dislikes

1) No Working ethics 2) Don't keep promises 3) Don't pay deserving compensation 4) Will spoil ones reputation in front of the client by not giving what is committed 5) Don't appreciate right suggestions 6) Deserving candidates are not appreciated 7) Lots of employee have left because of the above giving reasons

Management is very smart and for growth, you have to say always as "Yes" for everything and they don't value your expertise if their college friend says to them and most of the team are from only DCE n DCE.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
