Work life balance is good. The company provides good amount of leaves where we can manage our work as well as our personal life.

The only thing is that very less salary no hike if you join BT as experienced also, there is discrimination amongst the employees who work their. This feedback must be taken into consideration. Overall, good company to work with

Work culture inside the floor is terrible. People shout at each other from across the floor. They need to learn a thing or two from Wipro on being employee centric.

...ot care about other person feelings.. I have to suffer alot during my training.. No salary, nothing, too much stress. No use to work. I quit my job within 2 months

Worst company... No salary, people are very judgemental.

CDS- No night shift, Mon-Fri working days, single shift, no micro management, leaves available in need, pick & drop facility.

Dislikes

CDS- Confusing and illogical decisions taken by Leads create problems. Doesn't give good hikes/bonus. No transparent promotion process. Not open to feedback. Made up surveys are conducted.

...enerally there's no overtime policies here but in case if business makes you do.They pay you duly too.In Kolkata, BT Captive is one of the top payers
