... best company to work on, specially if you don't want to leave the organisation. Salary is good, growth is terrific. If you will join British telecom, I can bet you will not leave that place.

In terms of job security BT is doing a great job. Where in pandemic millions of people lost there job and going through pay cut. BT was the one who made sure that no such people has to leave the jobs and there was no pay cut as well..

In the starting years of BT everything was great.. no such work pressure , other team mates and the managers was always supportive. But after 2 years when the management got changed. Many employees started to feel real pressure work overload and management was not as it should be

BT Transport is very good....all the facilities are excellent.....

...mates are not so good...politics is there...but managers are very supportive....salary is quite low but workload is not so much...

Work culture inside the floor is terrible. People shout at each other from across the floor. They need to learn a thing or two from Wipro on being employee centric.

It is the most terrible company to work with no growth opportunity and people being treated Like robots with not good compensation rewarded..It fools you at the Time of joining..but never fitts in the commitments made by them during joining..politics is the integral part of this company..pathetic management who have a capabilty of taking horrible decisions
