Since last 10 years it's the same story every year -1st 3 Quarters Huge Profit and business topping the chart. Last Quarter just before appraisal, either loss overall or in one business head or a scam and share price loss or profit but EBITDA down.

Work life balance is at its best. In BT there is no concept of promotion. Everything is skill based. To move to upper level one needs to clear skill test and interview. Same for IJP. Hence, skillset gets at most priority. The L&D is great in this company. They really focus on employee's skill development. Great company to work with.

If u can not negotiate properly Har might give you a base level salary.

The work life balance is good and they pay salary on time. And the most important thing is job security which now a day companies lack to provide however BT is not among them.

...get 0% hike..no meaning to clear an IJP..stay on same role..enjoy 5% each year..Some day after 60 years you will reach to good salary which will be good as per today's company standard..means you will be underpaid for life long!!
