BT before covid waa very good company to work for but after covid there is no satisfactory appraisal till date. Bonus and incentives are equivalent to null and void.

Salary structure is not up yo the mark. IJP rolled out every week but still no career opportunities for individual.

Good salary, hybrid module, best part would be night shift allowance.

Worked in EE, process is good but as the company has now started hiring people on average salary, the new hire are more into making money and not providing resolutions to the customers, worst part is nobody is bothered to take feedbacks and work on it!!

Full job security. Work life balance is maintainned. Management is ok to work with but when comes to complains it's about how your manager is.

Dislikes

Compensation and hikes are low. Not enough growth opportunities. It might feel monotonnous sometimes.

It has a good work life balance and the company culture is extremely impressive. They are very employee centric. They always put employee's benefit first while you are associated with the company. They took great precautions owing to Covid. Provided free food to all its employees

... it will literally mould all policies to extort your full and final settelement. I ended up paying my entire salary and extra cash to get my release letter!! You may not get sick leaves even if doctor's prescription is produced because of "business requirement". The health insurance is absolutely obselete and yet the company chose it to cover its employees!

...ng to maintain Covid-19 precautionary mesarues needed in a BPO or any office . Salary comes even before you expect . That is really fabulous. So far so good . Satisfied .

So far nothing has come as sheer dissatifaction . There are sidesareas where they should be more looking into to make it a perfect workplace or rather job platform .
