Manager thinks like bt it's their property manager things they're the only one who have power of everything they think employees as puppets .

No skills development no learning Openreach fnd worst only politics management is biased very bad environment. No appraisal No work life balance More politics less work Manager favour their chaati employees only No recognition No motivation No rewards No Growth Hire for technical gives non technical work.

Good work environment and culture company policies are good appraisals are fair and rhey give good salary

There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joiness

...elf certified with current apps and tools, gets dull in no time from noon-usage. Pathetic salary growth. Since last 10 years it's the same story every year -1st 3 Quarters Huge Profit and business topping the chart. Last Quarter just before appraisal, either loss overall or in one business head or a scam and share price loss or profit but EBITDA down.

Work life balance is at its best. In BT there is no concept of promotion. Everything is skill based. To move to upper level one needs to clear skill test and interview. Same for IJP. Hence, skillset gets at most priority. The L&D is great in this company. They really focus on employee's skill development. Great company to work with.

If u can not negotiate properly Har might give you a base level salary.

Management was supportive. Learning opportunities are available. Great culture. Work life balance is great.

Dislikes

Pay parity is low, appraisal are average even for person having high stress workload. Promotions are rare and biased.
