The work life balance is good and they pay salary on time. And the most important thing is job security which now a day companies lack to provide however BT is not among them.

Too much of favoursism and corporate politics.

They provide both side cab's, cafeteria food was okay, while I was working they were giving it for free but otherwise they give food at a very low price. The campus was clean. Used to love my first team that I was put into, the Team Lead and SME were very good as well, they were very supportive and were open to ideas.

Dislikes

...ort also had to make calls (ITS CALLED BLENDED NOT CHAT SUPPORT IN THAT CASE) While changing teams and job role, they didn't give a salary hike or anything even tho the workload got increased. The new trainer was an idiot sandwich, he didn't know what they were teaching and kept confusing themselves and the employees. After OJT the team asks you to forget whatever that idiot had taught us and relearn everything again but for some weird reason everyone used to support him 😂

It has a good work life balance and the company culture is extremely impressive. They are very employee centric. They always put employee's benefit first while you are associated with the company. They took great precautions owing to Covid. Provided free food to all its employees

Dislikes

... it will literally mould all policies to extort your full and final settelement. I ended up paying my entire salary and extra cash to get my release letter!! You may not get sick leaves even if doctor's prescription is produced because of "business requirement". The health insurance is absolutely obselete and yet the company chose it to cover its employees!

As a company it is very much employee centric but it totally depends on eich campaign or team you are in and varies from one manager to another.

Dislikes

No festival/ocassion leaves given when those are still there in company calendar. You will be forced to work but company will pay you one day bonus for that. But money is not the ultimate I guess.

The best part of working here is with the colleagues and the managers what I have however the work pressure has become so immense and such abrupt updates we get.

Dislikes

...that I feel which is obvious to handle that stress even after working from home. Also, (as I feel) the salary what I get is not up to the mark.
