Trust worthy company Job security Cheerful ambience Salary comes on correct time No difficulties in BT but yes if department id openreach fnd then your life is hell sr. Manager thinks like bt it's their property manager things they're the only one who have power of everything they think employees as puppets .

No skills development no learning Openreach fnd worst only politics management is biased very bad environment. No appraisal No work life balance More politics less work Manager favour their chaati employees only No recognition No motivation No rewards No Growth Hire for technical gives non technical work.

BT is a renowned organization but if you are into connections there are few manages and Opps managers working under them is a great toucher, the goona target you for no reason, if they will see a slight fall in your performance, instead for connecting with you discussing with for or understanding you they simply start giving your deducting your insentives and put you on plan also if you they get to know that you are planning to leave the organisation then they are after your life, as my manager didn't give to the approval to get my laptop to exchange during the notice period inspite of know it's not working and asked me to work on the same , tell me it's just a matter of a month try to manage it on your own. This is just one scenario I had to face but there would be many others suffering such kind of humiliation for such a "Great Brand"😅 There is a lot of pressure and no unity in the organisation as there are different teams working on the same process but non of them follows the same method they are always in a mod of comparison with other teams.

No personal growth, no appraisal, lesser Salary hike and no skill development provided.

Work culture and envious is good here. BT focuses in learning and development. On the job training is never ending. This really help us to groom ourselves and gain knowledge.

Dislikes

Salary and compensation is not upto the mark. IJPs are not to easy to crack if you do not have floor presence. Skills are a necessity but networking with people is must.

...t people management. She escalate every situation to her manager (ops manager). She marks leave without pay if we extend leave by one day (due to unavoidable situation). Simply worst manager I have got in my entire career. She has taken out peace of mind.

No free cab for males No good medical facilities No work -life balance, manager can ask you anytime. If you do any mistake, or any type of escalation, they will make your life hell They expect you to support every technology. You will not get leaves easily. Never join BT enterprize, which has shared projects.
