BT is a renowned organization but if you are into connections there are few manages and Opps managers working under them is a great toucher, the goona target you for no reason, if they will see a slight fall in your performance, instead for connecting with you discussing with for or understanding you they simply start giving your deducting your insentives and put you on plan also if you they get to know that you are planning to leave the organisation then they are after your life, as my manager didn't give to the approval to get my laptop to exchange during the notice period inspite of know it's not working and asked me to work on the same , tell me it's just a matter of a month try to manage it on your own. This is just one scenario I had to face but there would be many others suffering such kind of humiliation for such a "Great Brand"😅 There is a lot of pressure and no unity in the organisation as there are different teams working on the same process but non of them follows the same method they are always in a mod of comparison with other teams.

Work culture and envious is good here. BT focuses in learning and development. On the job training is never ending. This really help us to groom ourselves and gain knowledge.

Salary and compensation is not upto the mark. IJPs are not to easy to crack if you do not have floor presence. Skills are a necessity but networking with people is must.

Salary is so less and no growth at all, T Leader was worst. Pathetic behaviour. Bullying, shouting in on floor, insulting without any reason and work work and work for no benefits at all.

They provide both side cab's, cafeteria food was okay, while I was working they were giving it for free but otherwise they give food at a very low price. The campus was clean. Used to love my first team that I was put into, the Team Lead and SME were very good as well, they were very supportive and were open to ideas.

...ort also had to make calls (ITS CALLED BLENDED NOT CHAT SUPPORT IN THAT CASE) While changing teams and job role, they didn't give a salary hike or anything even tho the workload got increased. The new trainer was an idiot sandwich, he didn't know what they were teaching and kept confusing themselves and the employees. After OJT the team asks you to forget whatever that idiot had taught us and relearn everything again but for some weird reason everyone used to support him 😂
