...not up to the mark in where we can invest extra support which is needed on work. So seriously management has to think about the salary slab of Indian employees as Indian workers are the world's least paid.

Behaviour of management is not good, UK management always have favour on UK peoples and not over indian employees. Discrepancy between UK and Indian employees by UK management. Company always think about UK peoples and not about Indian.

...ct much better than others. I have got three promotions of which I have got 43%. But still the package is much lesser for my role as per industry standard
